Protein-containing fluids nourish the eye as soon as blinking. But it requires a full blink of an eye.

When we look at the screen of a mobile or computer, there is no full blink. The eyes remain slightly open during the blink of an eye. That leads to dry eye problems.

In order to cut this problem, you have to rule out the blink of an eye. And that is exercise. How often do you blink? Doctors say, every 20 minutes, remove the eye from the screen for 20 seconds. Blink frequently for 20 seconds. That will reduce this problem.

Also, blink consciously as much as you can at other times. It will also benefit the Eyes Exercise.
